Finally returned to the initial outlet of concern and that fixed the problem. Would not move any furniture to get to outlets, which we understood, so we did the moving. The day of, Gary came out on-time and did the work quickly and efficiently. He installed a new RING doorbell and a RING floodlight camera by the back door. He then installed a new outlet in our master bathroom. He had to run back to his shop to get a 10' ladder so he could check the ceiling fan in our kitchen. The ceiling fan has a remote and the fan portion had stopped working. Turns out the receiver that pairs with the remote in the fan canopy was wired incorrectly when installed. He fixed this and didn't charge me for the work. They were very professional and I'm very happy with the outcomes. I would definitely have them do work for me again."
