"Completely professional and honest from start to finish. I misunderstood his pricing when we talked on the phone. It was 325 to refinish the tub but removing the old finish was a separate charge. When it was time to pay I was surprised that I owed 50 more than I thought. He let it go since he felt that he should have been more clear.
