I felt the cost of the regulator was high and he suggested that I could purchase the part myslef and only pay for installation charges. The part would not receive Roadrunners guarantee, however. I decided to locate and buy the needed parts and called Roadrunner for guidance. They were very helpful in guiding me to the correct parts. I called once I purchased the parts and they came out and installed them the next day. The technician was very professional and friendly.
