"Called late on a Friday and although they say they offer 24/7 service, it doesn't apply to plumbing problems and I was given an appointment for the following Monday. Luckily, we could put a bucket under the leak. The plumbing tech (Raul) called to ask if he could come a little earlier and was very pleasant and professional and made the repair in less than an hour. Before starting work, they give an estimate of the repair and at $304 it was higher than I anticipated. If they had to blow out of the line, it would have been an additional $200.
