Unfortunately, that was not the case. The shower has leaked every time I use it, causing significant frustration and inconvenience. I reached out to Long Home Products to report the issue, expecting them to stand by their work and offer a solution. However, I was told that there is nothing they can do to help. Highly competent from the framing down to the last details of trim work, it was all very well executed. There were a number of utilities in the space requiring access post remodel. The design was well thought out and aesthetically pleasing to the point they look like design features! The rest blends seamlessly into the space. The sliding glass door that replaced the garage door looks like it was there from the beginning, and the exterior trim blends perfectly with the house, with the added benefit of being waterproof. The communication was great all the way through the project, from start to finish. I would absolutely use them for any future remodel!"
