"This will be an honest review. Upon making a deposit for the project in May, it took a month the deliver materials to the day. The project took 2 and a half days to complete. My deck was off the second floor and had the rains cape/under deck material. It is about 180 sqft. There were three guys building my project. A month after completion, it rained and the problems began. The soffit finish on the underside filled with water and from the weight of the water burst open. I contacted Wayne right away. His response was that I would have to wait until my neighbor had his deck built for the guys to come out and fix it! Amazing how someone who has already paid is just shrugged off for 3-4 weeks. The guys return and trample through my yard to build my neighbors deck and reluctantly admit they need to address my project.. AFTER they re done with my neighbors project. I even let them stage material under my deck for my neighbor. They administered a quick fix and just caulked the underside. I highly doubt this with last very long and hope the guys are prepared to come out annually to fix the issue. I don t recommend hiring this contractor unless you re just getting a deck without the under material. Deposit was made mid May and they were at my house doing repairs in August. Overall I have a deck, which is what I wanted but the quality of work was not great and the customer service was subpar. There s never enough time to do it right but there is always time to do it again Thank you for reading my review!;"

"We enjoyed working with Tomas Brothers Home Improvement for the construction of our screened in porch/deck. They were recommended to us through our Severna Park community facebook page when we requested contact information for good local contractors. Greg and his team were very professional. The craftsmanship is excellent and the work ethic is very impressive. We will hire them again when it is time to replace the roof. Thank you Tomas Brothers! We love our screened porch. Even though it's winter, my family is sitting on the porch drinking hot cocoa and watching the snow come down."

"The service went great. Two installers came out and completed the work in less than a day. They were very thorough and neat in their work. They had to move everything out of the garage and made sure to move everything back the way we liked. We have had no trouble at all with the system. We have been able to put it to good use and I feel like the quality of product is very durable. It brightens the garage space and makes everything so much nicer. We have not had to call in for any replacement parts. It was very easy to schedule the service, as well. I have recommended the company to others."

"We hired Total Craftsman to put on a porch and wheelchair ramp combined. We wanted something not looking like an accessible house . The project turned out perfectly and our homes looks like a different house now . We were so happy with them ( Dec 2022) that we hired them for windows , roofing and new siding too in Spring of 2023 ! Our home looks fabulous. All the work was done timely and professionally and clean up was excellent as well. John did much of the work and oversaw all the sub contractors as well ! We’d hire them again when needed ! 5 stars for sure"

"My garage door?s cable/spring broke. I called ABC garage door and they arranged for a technician, Danny Sligo, to make an assessment and have it fixed. He did an outstanding work, quickly and clean. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work in 30 minutes. Highly recommended. "

"Very nice folks to deal with. We saw their display at the Spring Maryland Home Show at Timomium Fairgrounds. Spoke with Ken over the phone and told him what I was looking for and he sent me a quote via e-mail. Scheduled the ground prep and build on site shed the same day. Ground prep worker was on time and did an amazing good job of putting the gravel base in the area we wanted it. The shed build people showed up two days later as scheduled and built the shed in approximately 2 and 1/2 hours, amazing! The shed came out more beautiful than I anticipated, it's well built, solid and matches my home (HOA restrictions) perfectly. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would highly recommend anyone looking for a shed or out building to contact them."

"Excellent! This company, Ricks Development, provided professional and timely work over the period of time required to get the work done for my house. As the house had not received substantial work for an extended period, I required both structional, drywall and lesser repairs, including flooring, painting on both 1st and 2nd floors, and a number of other jobs, of which I have received a number of compliments on. I am really glad I found them and would recommend them any time. I expect to call them for further work here and recommending them to others ."
