"Charged me nearly twice as much as the quoted price, apparently 500+the cost of an outlet is $900, a price that was never said out loud. What a scam. I should have read the reviews. These guys charge an arm and a leg to replace an outlet. Not to mention I never received my receipt, even after emailing them and requesting it be sent."

"While I am happy with the work performed, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service afterwards. I was promised to get a copy of a paid invoice once my check that I paid was cleared by the bank. It's been nearly 3 weeks since then, but I still haven't received a copy of the invoice. I have texted and called numerous times but did not get a response. I'm starting to think that the worked they performed was not legitimate. I need the paid invoice to apply for the MD EV install credit."
