I was introduced to Love Tile and Marble through a claim with my home owner's insurance. Kevin and his team were sent out as sub-contractors for the tile repair. The insurance company paired us with a project manager to handle all aspects of the demolition and re-building of our two bathrooms. Long story short - we had a terrible experience with that project manager, and their other sub-contractors (the electrician, plumber, etc). The ONLY positive experience we had through the entire process was with Love Tile and Marble. Their workmanship was superior. They showed professionalism. And just as important, they showed respect for my home. These guys put down canvas to protect my hardwood floors and wiped their boots on the mat before they came in. It may seem like small gestures. But, through the 3 months of hellish renovations and dozens of contractors in and out of my home, the respectful ones stand out. 

After choosing my new floor tile, Kevin made suggestions on the pattern because of the imperfections in the tile (1/3 pattern, as opposed to the 1/2 pattern I originally wanted). I agreed with his suggestion and the floors came out beautifully! We also hired him again for other work, since we were so happy with his previous work. 

Bottom line - Kevin and his team are utterly fantastic. Fair and reasonable prices for top quality workmanship (which I can personally attest - is tough to find these days)."

"Docs was excellent and returned my Saturday afternoon call (his office was closed). Docs offered me honest advice about replacing (rather than repairing) my water heater because the warranty had expired. I would have chosen to have Docs replace my water heater; unfortunately, Docs did not have scheduled office hours on Saturday. I was able to schedule installation of a water heater with another company that was open on Saturdays."

"Kip came out for our consultation, took measurements and did a 3D Autocad design that we were able to view and make adjustments to during our meeting. As we entered each component he was able to tally an estimate on the spot, without us having to wait weeks like we did with the other contractors we interviewed. Because we could view the design plan and make changes, we knew when Kip left that he had given us an estimate based on the actual work we wanted done. One contractor walked around the basement, took very few notes and then 3.5 weeks later sent us an outrageously expensive estimate to rip everything out to the studs and start from scratch--which is not at all what we had discussed.
  At the beginning of the work, Kip took us shopping to pick out all the flooring, cabinets, tub/shower, counters, backsplash, mirror, fixtures and lighting. He was able to give recommendations on what would work best and what would be available the quickest. As we went along, the crew was patient with change orders and would work until we were happy with the outcome.
  I can't say enough good things about Danny and Chris (our main crew) and the rest of the crew members who would come over to help as needed. I was always comfortable having the guys in the house--both when I was home and when they were at the house alone. They were so respectful and trustworthy and very, very good at their jobs! We felt like they were friends by the time the work was done.
  The one mishap that occured was the counter was 2-3 inches too short when it arrived. It was supposed to be the final day of work and we were anxious about how long it would take to get a replacement countertop. Kip was able to have the counter company cut a new slab early the next week and the crew was back to finish the project by the end of the week. They still finished right on schedule and would have been done ahead of schedule if not for the counter. The only additions to the budget were changes and upgrades that we made as they project progessed.
  We love the finished project and will use the team again for future work.
