"The job started off with the installer not showing up and the contact person, Joe, not knowing why. Turns out, the installer's wife was in contact with someone who had Covid, so he was getting tested. No problem there, except for not notifying anyone. Next, when they did get an installer the following day, the material was not here, when it arrives, it is the wrong size and delays the job again. The job that was supposed to be completed by Thursday, was not done until Saturday. This delay also forced us to stay out of the house for an additional day (at my expense). Though informed of a possible reduction in the cost in compensation for the aggravation, none was given."

"Eugene and his team were very professional and did a great job with my kitchen floor. During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. The job was completed on time and the finished floors looks great."

"To tell a long story short, a partial of my family room had a terrible stink smell, and I already had spent one year to try to get ride of it.  I used vinegar, burned good quality candle, and spread/vacuumed baking soda many, many times, plus always opened windows to let out  the stink air.  There is still 60% of the stink smell could not dissipated.
Gary sensed my urgent and he came from his busy schedule.  
He moved the carpet up, stripped and removed the old/stink pad, swiped stink dust from concrete floor carefully, installed a good bonded new pad, and re-installed the old carpet.
Even though he said he did not know how much the re-padding could help the stink smell. Surprisingly it did a great job and the stink smell cut down 85% from the time he started to do the work.  GOOD JOB! Gary holds up his attitude, work, and equipment in all high quality standard.
I will keep doing my old routine: vinegar, candle, vacuum, and windows opening to fight the rest 9% odors.  Keep my fingers cross!!!

"They did a fabulous job. Our ice maker leaked last June. Through the insurance company we were sent a contractor that after a refinishing job it was terrible. They rebuffed it and it was worse. After an independent inspector examined our floors it was determined that the floors were faulty. We then had J&B Hardwood Floors come in and they did an awesome job. They were professional, their workers had extensive experience, they checked with us at various intervals and gave us excellent advice on the after care for when the floors were still curing. I could not have been happier. The only rating I could not answer above was the pricing as our insurance paid for the work and I didn't know the cost."
