He also gave me an estimate on-the-spot for a leaky valve that should eventually be replaced. (I should also mention that I contacted several other heating companies before I lucked upon K & K. I was in a “no heat” situation and the other businesses either failed to respond or said they didn’t service my “type” of furnace). Richie, however, arrived confident, ready to work, was experienced with my brand of boiler furnace and assured me that I’d have heat again in no time.
