"I had moved the frig and undid the line, when I reattached it, it leaked so I called it in. The plumber replaced the connection. And left within 20 minutes I heard water running. I called them back, 30 minutes later plumber was back. The nut he just put in sheared off. He replaced the connection and also this time added a flexible hose. It has worked great since. From my judgement the issue on why he came back wasn't because of bad work, but a fluke in the connection. They were quick to fix the problem and it was fixed correctly. That is why I gave them an A because even when something went wrong they made it right."

Initially we were going to have Gray Wolf put in all the new shower fixture items (handle/faucet along the inside cartridge and shower head) but we ended up doing that ourselves once we bought the right part. The lady who answered the phone for Gray Wolf - and worked with my husband, not me - knew what questions to ask, provided estimates and told us what to expect as far as repairs went. The billing statement left by the guy who did the work was legible and provided good detail about what was done, materials used, and the cost of everything. "Todd was incredible. He and his associate took the time to thoroughly examine the space so that he could provide an accurate estimate. The work was very professional and everything was nicely cleaned up. He was especially conscientious to not destroy drywall when cuts were made. In fact he even fixed some gas connections in my furnace closet where my water heater and fireplace needed code updates. And then once we finally had our gas stove delivered and installed his associate made a no charge visit to re-orient the gas connection behind the stove so that it would fit against the wall. I highly recommend him and would certainly not hesitate to use him again."
