"I wanted him to change the electrical outlets around the house. He came as scheduled. He claimed he worked fast, but it took him an hour to change 5 outlets. He ran out of the outlets. He had to buy ones at Home Depot. He disappeared for an hour and a half. He came back and finished another 6 more. I had 7 more that need to be changed. It was 5.30 pm and he said he could come back later because he was tired. I agreed and told him there were other projects i'd like him to do but i'd like an estimate for it. He agreed. It's been 2-3 weeks and I still haven't heard anything from him."
