"Five years ago my wife and I had our house pierced. We thought the company was reputable and would stand by their product. We had over 25 piers installed. However our basement foundation continued to settle. We thought we had a lifetime warranty. At least that's what the salesman told us, but when we called him back out the company could not stand by it because it was an act of god that their product failed. We called Advanced Foundation Repair and Replacement. Frank Matyiko came out the next day with a structural engineer and they concluded that the only fix would be a new basement. They cautiously demolished our old foundation and hauled it away. We have a new 9 foot basement. We wish we never paid for the piercing originally. They provide service for the smallest foundation to the most radical job imaginable. Great job guys!!! <br />"

"Our first impression of Ryan was one of surprise. Not very often do you meet such an honest and friendly person when dealing with any contractor. He sat down and designed everything we asked for with some very helpful advice and insight. When he returned a few days later, we were excited by the colorful and detailed blueprint of our new flower garden.  We had many problems with water drainage in all areas of our yard and Ryan had many great ideas to help us.  With no pressure and plenty of time for us to give thought,  we agreed with Ryan's plan and are we thankful we did so. All the drainage issues are gone with no more soggy yard.With a very hot stretch, some of the sod did not look to good and the crew was sent back to resod a few spots. "Excavated down to footing. Completely straightened two walls and stabilized with I-beams. Replaced mortar, cleaned, sealed, and installed drainage membrane on exterior. Replaced footing tiles and installed exterior sump basin. Installed PVC drain tile for sump pump and downspouts. Re-graded yard to improve runoff. Josh is an expert - a "reconstructive surgeon." His crew is excellent. I am completely satisfied. The walls are stable AND straight, and the basement is dry."
