"Mike, the owner and Adam, the technician who came, are both wonderful people to work with. They went above and beyond what I would ever expect in figuring out where the drains were blocked and clearing them. Let's just say that not every outfit would work for 2 hours late on a Saturday and then the owner drive 30 minutes with more equipment, get on the roof in dark and ice, and snake thru the roof vent! I later learned that Mike is a former fire fighter who is, apparently, fearless with ladders and heights, dark and ice. Just call Sludgebusters if you need the best!"

"1) The job required Mr Rooter to dig a large hole in my front yard to put in what they called a "Clean out". They had to use a large excavator to dig and refill the hole. The excavator left large ruts i my lawn that were not repaired. 2) The job required Mr Rooter to dig out and replace the cast iron sewer pipes in my basement. The concrete floor had to be busted out and replaced. The concrete repair job was poor quality. I had to call them back to feather/smooth around the rough edges of the fresh concrete. Overall the floor is still rough."

"I called Mr. Rooter because I had called another Plumbing company to come out the night before and they were a no show.  They were extremely friendly over the phone.  I called at approx 8AM and said they'd be able to come out by 11AM.  They called at about 9:30 to say someone was available to come out now and I said that was perfect.  They arrived at 10AM.

Jason was the plumber who arrived and he was very very friendly and professional.  I told him the problem and we discussed pricing up front.  I had a coupon which he said they would definitely honor.  He immediately got to work.  He wore footies over his shoes while in the house.  He worked diligently and answered all of my questions.  After about an hour and being certain the line was clear he cleaned up, we took care of payment which was exactly what was discussed beforehand, and he was on his way.

A very pleasant and hassle free experience.  I will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for the Franklin County area again for any plumbing needs and would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work.

I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. "John was extremely helpful in patiently exchanging many emails with me as I tried to determine whether I wanted to try a repair or a more expensive replacement of all the bath and shower hardware. He did not try to push me one way or another but rather simply conveyed what might work and the relative cost for Mayo to do the job. He was professional, knowledgeable, & promptly responded to questions. As it turned out I was able to replace a cartridge myself. However he will be my first call next time I need any pro for plumbing services."
