The repair was successful and quickly accomplished by their personable and knowledgeable technician. The price was reasonable and was based on their minimum service call charge plus parts. R&J determined I needed a new control panel membrane and quoted a replacement part price of $818 (which I prepaid), advising it might be weeks before the NLA part could be sourced. After 3 weeks of searching, Juliano let me know their sources yielded nothing, so I asked for part number. I found it online myself for <$50, so Juliano promptly refunded the $818. When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

This business is on our new favorite appliance repair go-to place. I will recommend them to others for sure. Their rates are very reasonable and fair. I so appreciated that they came in on Saturday, which was the same day we noticed our fridge not cooling either the freezer or the fridge. The fee for coming to check it out to analyze the problem and give an estimate of the cost is waived if you let them fix your issue.
