When the part arrived I booked the repair with R&J, assuming they'd honor the promise to credit my $99 initial service call fee toward installation service call. In the end, Juliano declined to honor that promise, which was disappointing. My oven works now though, so all's well that ends well, I guess."

The refrigerator was not cold while the freezer was fine. He carefully checked the refrigerator and determined the filters were clogged. He opened them up, clean them and once again reinstalled them.
