"This was the second time we used Ridgeway. As luck would have it Robert who previously had repaired our dryer came on this call. We have a combination refrigerator/freezer. The refrigerator was not cold while the freezer was fine. He carefully checked the refrigerator and determined the filters were clogged. He opened them up, clean them and once again reinstalled them.
