"Paul is by far the best contractor that we have ever worked with on any job in our home (and we've worked with 2 others in the past 2 years). Paul was tasked with a complete bathroom remodel in our condo in downtown Chicago. He gave us a reasonable quote when we first met to discuss the job and a very reasonable timeline to completion. The entire job was done within 8 weeks and any minor delays were very effectively communicated to us (and with good reason). Most importantly, Paul gained our trust throughout the job. He is responsive, honest, knowledgeable, punctual and generally a really nice guy who you trust to be in your home doing the job as promised. Definitely two thumbs up and we will be working with Paul again in the near future."

"Chester and his team were very respectful of working in our home while we were also working from home. They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue, including completely replacing all the cabinets that had been damaged beyond repair. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage. Chester and his team were the only contractors who agreed to take on the repairs, after we had several contractors/companies say the job was too big for them. 10/10 would hire again (though hopefully we won't need to!)"

They replaced old plumbing lines running from the basement to the second floor bathroom, removed an old block glass window which required framing for a new window on the exterior wall. "I was acting as Project Manager for clients/friends performing a major renovation. Howard was responsive, professional, and punctual. I left him an initial voicemail which he returned within the day. He then immediately scheduled an appointment to see the property before receiving the architectural drawings. He spent over an hour with me walking through the site and explaining potential challenges on site. He then drove me to a property around the corner where he had completed e a major renovation (it looked beautiful). Ultimately, we went with a lower bid taking a gamble on inevitable change orders.
