"Nermin was timely in bidding, starting and completing the project. This project was large and required working around a very strict work schedule as imposed by my condo association. He was informative when explaining why certain planned design options would have to be modified to accommodate an unknown issue discovered during the demolition process. Was accommodating when materials needed to be picked up, often offering to retrieve them on my behalf. Also, he made himself available to meet contractors when needed to perform specialized work outside the scope of his bid. Work site cleanup was great. "We have a beautiful, bright, functional kitchen now. Top bro’s redid our whole house which we now love. With Cesar and his team if you dream it you can have it! They designed a wonderful space. Extra drawers in a massive island and built in trash/recycle. The cabinets, counter, all 3 bathrooms, tile work and wood floors are gorgeous. The top bro’s kept everything as clean & tidy as possible every one who entered our home was honest, respectful, trustworthy and friendly! I felt comfortable leaving my home while the guys were working in the house. Cesar and his crew were very responsive to our questions throughout the whole process. Thanks. "Overall it went great. The project is 95% complete and we were able to move in on our deadline. I'm not sure how much we saved ourselves with doing some of the project management ourselves. I think we added stress for ourselves and it wasn't always clear what we were handling, what Mike was handling. There were miscommunications on both his and our part. The overall cost was of project was higher than we had planned for. We opted to figure out and price some things as we went along, as opposed to a fixed bid up front. So, we saved on a higher fixed bid and markups, but also bore the risk of the unexpected things that popped up. Mike worked his b*** off, often 6 days week to meet our deadline and get us into the house (we were living in a rental while the remodel happened). Mike is truly a jack of all trades. I was impressed with the quality of his custom carpentry, his attention to detail and quality. At times it seemed getting it exactly right could have better balanced with getting it done faster/cheaper. Mike seems very honest with a lot of integrity. He is very willing to talk through details and explain things without being condescending. I would definitely hire Wentworth Construction again."
