"It went remarkably well. We had a lot to get done on an older home with significant architectural details that were respected by NorPro. I met with 9 contractors and I am very happy I went with NorPro. Our renovation took a little longer than we expected but not due to NorPro, instead, the company worked with us as other groups dropped the ball (like the appliance delivery/installation group). Norm was the contractor and, while it was clear he had a lot of other projects going on, he always kept us in the loop and was easy to reach and always seemed like he was available when we needed to talk with him. His plumber, electrician, and generalist (Chris) were also incredible to work with and offered creative solutions to some of the unique problems we faced. We have a little bit more to do one day and I will be reaching back out to NorPro when we are ready to tackle that project."

"Chester and his team were very respectful of working in our home while we were also working from home. They were able to diagnose and fix our plumbing issue, including completely replacing all the cabinets that had been damaged beyond repair. Job was done in a timely manner - especially given the extent of the water damage. Chester and his team were the only contractors who agreed to take on the repairs, after we had several contractors/companies say the job was too big for them. 10/10 would hire again (though hopefully we won't need to!)"

Then I met the crew John, Mike and Ziggy. We had a great relationship. Everything that was to be accomplished was explained to me on a daily bases. By the end of the project we had a bond and it felt like family. I also learned quite a bit in the process. I am total fascinated with my new bathroom. "Nermin was very professional with his service and even ended up saving me money.  He had creative suggestions that saved time and were considerably less costly than my original idea.  He worked diligently and quietly throughout the whole project; I was always forgetting he was in the backyard!  Nermin's craftsmanship is exceptional and his sense of style is both elegant and contemporary.  He came totally prepared and never asked us for anything.  All the wood work is still in perfect condition and the gate locks have yet to falter.  I highly recommend Nermin's services to friends and family for any important home projects.
