"We started the process of gathering quotes for a new roof last fall after a leak developed during a downpour. We called an Architect friend we’ve used in the past for his recommendation. Called that company and they showed up within the hour and did a temporary fix. We asked them for a quote to replace our 25 year old shingles. it was quite an eye opener. “How much?” We then asked a neighbor who just had their home done the year before and who is also in the building/construction business who they used. We called and was told “We don’t do residental anymore”. We asked who they would recommend and tried to contact that company only to find out their phone number was no longer in service. Had a few quotes from companies mentioned on NextDoor. Received three quotes very similar in price to each other and about 50% less than that first company. Now it was late November and we had to wait until spring hoping the temporary fix gets us through. Spring: Decided to get one more estimate because we weren’t getting the best vibe from the other three. "The experience from beginning to end was very professional. Russell came by to look at my roof and then sat down with me to go over what he saw, what he recommended and next steps. I've never had my roof replaced before, so that's why I gave 4 stars on price because I don't know what is expensive or inexpensive for roofing. Infinity Exteriors was in between the other two companies that provided me a quote, but the professionalism and communication is what did it for me. Once I signed the paperwork, I was later assigned a project manager who would give me updates and call me to let me know when I would be expecting materials and a dumpster to arrive at the house. The project manager showed up the day of the project and followed up with me after completion to do a walk through before final payment. Overall, they did an amazing job. No complaints here!"

"As the saying goes you can only have 2 out of the following three: great work, fast completion, or a great price. Power does great work and they are efficient, completely replacing my roof in a day, but they are EXPENSIVE-- well above the average price. They do give a 50 year guarantee on their work and it is transferable. If they were 30% cheaper, I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"I was really pleased with the price and the work. My roof was removed down to the decking of the entire home. The wood was in great shape so none of it had to be replaced. 30 lb. felt was installed as well as 3 ft. ice and water shield with starter shingle and ice and water barrier to interior protrusions. Edge flash for proper run off to gutters was installed. All gutters were aligned and sealed. Since the replacement of my roof, I rarely get any water in the basement from the heavy rain. As a matter of fact, I've only gotten about a half of gallon about three times since I've replaced my roof. I use to get anywhere from 3-5 gallons per heavy rain. The foreman, Casey, was excellent. He made sure that everything was done well. He came out each day that the guys were working. The work was completed in 2 1/4 days. They did a great job. The cleanup was great as well. My salesperson, Steve, was very thorough and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He showed me the company's licenses and proof of liability insurance. He explained the warranty. Upon completion of work, he mailed the manufacturer's warranty for the asphalt shingles to me, as promised."
