"In my opinion and I received no compensation for saying this. It is what I truly believe. Sunray Roofing is the best roofers I have ever dealt with. My roof was in worse shape than I realized and they made all the repairs without out complaining or grumbling. They completed the work in a day and a half and boy did they work. They started their day at 6:30am and didn't stop until dark (I think sundown was around 7:30 or 8pm). On day two they finished around 10am they all 4 guys started putting away their equipment and when that was done I figured they would leave but no they started cleaning up my yard. The guys didn't leave one spec of anything they had used like nails, pieces of scrap wood, pieces of scrap shingle and etc. When they left my yard was absolutely spotless. I don't know how to brag on Sunray Roofing more but they are the best. If you need your roof replaced and you want a really professional job the you should call Sunray Roofing and talk to Taylor or Kyle before you talk to anyone else. "House was originally painted in 2006.  Advertising from company says paint lasts a lifetime, but unfortunately it doesn't....Nothing lasts a lifetime and warranty is only good for owners at the time of service.  With our initial telephone call I was told that the person I needed to schedule with was out of the country for 2 weeks and they would have him call me upon his return.  After almost 3 weeks, he didn't call so I had to call the office back.  The process of getting him out to look at the areas that needed to be touched up took several more weeks, each time with me calling the office.  This was also very frustrating since the only person that could help me worked part-time, so it was hit or miss to reach her when I called, and it was hit or miss for her to return my telephone calls.  After several weeks I was finally told the painter would be out on a certain day to do the work.  He and I walked around the house so I could show him the areas.  It was kind of a wasted effort as he missed spots I pointed out.  During the initial painting in 2006, the garage windows (2) were not painted at all.  He took care of those, as well as having to repaint 3 kitchen windows....All the windows that were done were painted shut AGAIN!

"Brad originally was going to replace a couple rotted boards on my deck and pressure wash the paint off and restrain the whole thing. The paint we currently had on just wasnâ t going to come off nicely, so he removed it all and replaced it with composite at no extra charge. He did an excellent job fixing up some boards on our shed and shed door, moving a gate on our fence, and repairing the steps to our deck. He is a very skilled carpenter and genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend you use Brad if you have any woodwork you need done."

"He is a knowledgeable electrician. Problem is that there was an extra cost due to the new breaker box needing extra wire and the meter switch was broken during the installation process. He still has not come back to put the door on the box and there are NO labels for the breakers. I have messaged him several times and I have gotten no response. Of course I had already paid him. In my book, that is poor service."

"I called and within two hours was here to repair and tack some external trim siding. In less than 5 minutes, the siding was done. The only thing I should have asked during the phone call is the estimated cost to make the repair, but that was on me. Will call again to handle a few other siding issues."
