"Duncan Builders LLC I wanted to reach out to express my gratitude to Duncan Builders. On December 19, 2018. I signed a proposal to have Duncan Builders take care of the contract work and I needed to build at my salon. They moved a bathroom door from one wall to the next. Had their plumbers come in to create some plumbing through the floor into the basement and install a new water heater. All this was done to set up two free standing shampoo basins. Also completing the work with finishing trim. The team did an excellent job and was very punctual with the timeframe that was given to complete the work. I would highly recommend Duncan Builders for any of your commercial space build outs and other projects you may have. "Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

"Nice owner, hack job crew. Hired to replace siding and trim. Manager of the project was fired a few times during work and it really shows. So many small details are either unfinished or poorly done. Amateur cuts on the trim left gaps and old trim was not prep for paint or just left unpainted. They also smeared silicone to cover screws on the front face of the shingles, the whole house looks like it's covered in bird droppings. Plus they also damaged the roof and electrical boxes. Who knows what other things they skipped on, left me with a time bomb of problems that will takes years to show. I would not recommend. "
