He explained the operation of the thermostats as he installed them. Without my input, he also brought the same replacement thermostats I had opted for in my online search. He was also animate that he rechecked all 3 zones again before leaving. It was easy to grasp how knowledgeable he was as an electrician. He came prepared with the necessary tools, instead of running back and forth to his truck. "I bought my unit from NETR in 2018. It worked fine until we discovered it wasn't blowing any cold air. I made the big mistake of hiring someone a family friend recommended and they diagnosed it incorrectly and then basically disappeared on me. Anyway, it took a few weeks but they repaired it today and I was impressed with their courtesy and getting the job done very quickly and successfully. I felt like I was being dealt with honestly. Thanks, Jared and Jack. I should mention I paid about $300 for the refrigerant today. I don't know what the final cost will be but probably a bit over $1000."
