"Well, here is a contractor story you don’t always hear. My bathroom was remodeled late last year. Unfortunately, my tub started leaking into my neighbors condo. I texted Tony and heard back in 15 minutes. A crew was by the next day and it was fixed without questions and at no cost to me. This company has integrity, pride and excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed!!!!"

"Before we initially hired Johnson & Sons, we were careful about due diligence and spoke to their references.  When we completed that first project, we were very pleased, so we echoed the earlier references and spoke about how well everything was handled.  When we had another small project, we went straight to Johnson & Sons, and again are very pleased with their work.  Vic is an excellent communicator and leaves no stone unturned, keeping us fully up to date with respect to scheduling.  Vic’s relationships with the subcontractors make the entire process seamless.  So if any of you have been frustrated by workers that are AWOL, or by unwelcome changes in scope, or by inferior results, go straight to Johnson & Sons to solve all those issues!"

"In our water damaged kitchen and living room, Vic walked us through and said what he could do for each portion of the damage. Vic works on one project (customer) at a time so he sticks with it until it's done. His work with texturing and paint rolling are very good A typical day runs from about 9:30 am til 6:00 pm -- a little shorter if he needs to pick up materials as the project progresses. Be sure to consult with him when a need for color selection arises such as stains, grout color, etc. His work repairing an old oak cabinet was very nice. Most others I think would have not attempted it. I am very pleased with the man and his work."

"Allan was wonderful to work with. He was fantastic about communicating with us and did a stellar job of replacing my dining room floor and patching my walls after we had a pipe burst. We'd absolutely hire him again!"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Everett, WA

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
