Patrick came out on a Sunday and found out that tree roots had clogged and damaged my pipe that took the waste water to the sewer. He explained the whole process to repair the pipe and also check the rest of my pipes with his camera. His team came out the next week to excavate part of the driveway to reach the broken pipe. The workers arrived on time, were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Patrick returned to view the rest of the pipes and found that some of them had channel rot from tree roots which compromised the pipes. Luckily, the damaged pipes were salvageable and a liner was installed in about 25 feet of pipe.
