"What I thought was a simple clogged shower drain turned into much more after having Pipers Drain come out and access the problem. Patrick came out on a Sunday and found out that tree roots had clogged and damaged my pipe that took the waste water to the sewer. He explained the whole process to repair the pipe and also check the rest of my pipes with his camera. His team came out the next week to excavate part of the driveway to reach the broken pipe. The workers arrived on time, were considerate and cleaned up the area before they left. Patrick returned to view the rest of the pipes and found that some of them had channel rot from tree roots which compromised the pipes. Luckily, the damaged pipes were salvageable and a liner was installed in about 25 feet of pipe. Patrick kept in constant communication with me every step of the way and responded quickly whenever I had questions. I’m very happy with the repair and highly recommend Patrick and his team."

"Devon was fantastic. He called ahead to try and make sure he could come with the right parts. He fixed a leaky faucet, sink drain and toilet. Also replaced an Instahot tank and moved around the filter to give us more space. Super nice guy and also showed us some helpful things while he was here (we had no idea where the house shutoff was). Cost was quite reasonable - a bit over $500. Would definitely recommend!"

"This sewer line project required a few days from camera work to excavation, replacement of pipe, installation of an additional clean-out, backfill and clean up of not only our excavation area, but consideration of our neighbor's shrub close to the work area. Chris and Ryne, the company supervisors/representatives, provided knowledgable and detailed information prior to, during and upon completion of the work. They were professional and exceptionally courteous in person, to our neighbors, and over the phone. This was especially important as one of us was out of state during the project, and the other had to leave early for another trip out of state. That meant the final inspections and details were handled by the guys for us. Excellent work, start to finish!"

"Tyler came for inspection the next day after calling. The water was flooding to the street. It was thanksgiving time (Friday) and I had to shut off water from the house until the leak can be fixed. He gave me a quote of ($3900 with tax) which is very high compared to what needs to be done, but I was stuck given that its holiday and I needed water for the house ASAP. He came on Monday with Mark and brought a 3rd party company to locate the leak underground. They excavated and replaced the defective piece. It was a 3 hour job. It was made quick and professionally, but it was unreasonably overpriced and I felt my urgent situation and the fact that it's around holiday time was exploited for extra profit margin."

"No. They charged me before they even came out. When he got here he took one second look at it and lied to me said he had no cell signal and he be right back. It was the $83.00 or free main drain clog special. Well he went to go find cell service amd never came back. Never gave me any reason or quote or anything. Just left me waiting for over an hour. I had to call the office to find out he wouldnt be coming back"

"Called inferno sewer and drain off of a recommendation from a friend of mine. I was having sewage come up in my basement, they were able to identify roots in the sewer. After cabling the sewer line they restored flow and identified the main problem area. I moved forward with them to dig down and replace the failed section of pipe.
