In addition to the poor window quality, they have destroyed my walls, windowsills, and baseboards. Windowwall sent another team out to "fix" the issues but did not fix them, instead asked me if I know how hard it is to install windows....not my problem? So then inspection day came and the windows failed. It has been a month now and still haven't heard back from windowwall. The windows cannot pass inspection until the scratched window is replaced, and another window that needs to be worked on because the window will not open. The inspector told me that if these windows were installed in his home, he would take them to court for how bad of a job they did. Lastly, if the sales rep tells you that they install noseeum screens DO NOT believe them and will not honor the promise!"

"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."
