"There are several great water treatment systems on the market.  We chose EcoWater Systems because the company is owned by Berkshire Hathaway and distributed through Costco - two companies we trust.  We also like that the systems and filters are manufactured in the U.S.  And we liked Kenny's sales presentation.  He never said a negative thing about his competitors, but instead kept telling us about the benefits of his system.  (Wish our politicians were more like this when they are campaigning.)  He did not call us after his first visit, but waited for us to call him again.  He was very thorough and professional.
We had our water system installed by Dave.  If the world had more people like Dave, there would be peace, joy, love and kindness on our planet, and no one would go hungry.  We felt even more confident we made a great decision after meeting Dave.
After our first weekend with our new system, we are so happy we spent the money for the whole house filtration system and the reverse osmosis for our drinking water and ice.  What a difference showering, bathing and shaving with the filtered water.  Now I understand what "soft" water is.  It is like the difference between putting on a sweater made of burlap and then putting on one made of fleece.  We love the special faucet for drinking and cooking water at our kitchen sink.  The water and ice cubes taste great.

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."

Once the cabinets were removed additional water damage was found behind the cabinets. New sheet rock and new cabinets were installed promptly.
