Applewood Plumbing, Heating & Electric was professional on the phone, but wanted $198 to come out and said the funds could be used for the repairs if they were made same day. I asked if at least a portion of the charge could be applied to repairs shortly after we purchase the home - assuming the sale goes through. They said no, it had to be same day.
