"From start to finish, this was a great experience. The estimate was fair and for the most part, accurate. When the actual price came in, it was only a few hundred dollars over the estimate, and Anthony walked us through to explain why. We thought the additional price charged for the actual work done was very reasonable. The crew arrived on time every day. They were respectful, careful, neat, and very detail-oriented. I do have to admit that there was one point in the job where the garage ceiling could have ended up being patched without the necessary insulation, because Anthony was very busy coordinating multiple jobs and was not actually on site to catch the potential error. Fortunately, my husband was at home at the time, and he was able to get the foreman to call Anthony who confirmed that they would need to go get the insulation and put it in first. I heartily recommend George's Painting. But I would also suggest that with any job that has some sort of complication or multiple steps involved, it's important to get these sorts of details communicated before the work begins and to make sure that Anthony has clearly told each step of the process to his crew ahead of time.

"We experienced an electrical surge caused by a neutral ground fault from the electrical supplier.  Septic tank controller/Alarm/Timer was damaged and was not working.  I contacted highpointe electrical to diagnose the repair.  My first impression of the owner, Mr. Johnson was outstanding.  He Immediately  responded to my call and we agreed on an appointment time.  He called before arriving at my location with an arrival time he expected to be on site within 10 Min window.  Lo and behold he arrived exactly at the time he said he would.  That started our professional relationship on a very positive note.  He inspected the controller and determined that it was not repairable and needed to be replaced.  I ordered a replacement and we agreed on a date to install the controller.  Again he arrived at the time agreed upon exactly.  He proceeded to reconfigure the mounting pedestal and installed the controller to my complete satisfaction.  He made sure that the pump controller worked with the existing tank mechanics before leaving.  I would recommend this company to anyone who need electrical repair."

"It went pretty well. The removed of the old bath tub was a lot harder then they anticipated. Our house is an old modular home and the bath tub was attached differently then most. What they thought would take about 2 hours actually took about 5 hours. But they stayed with it and did an excellent job. We are extremely please with the work they did and the out come. They were very easy to work with and explained any issues or concerns very well. The show unit looks so good now we just can't get over the differences it makes."

"Excellent! I worked with Live Electric before and didn't hesitate to call them for this project. The timing throughout the project was tricky because we/he had to coordinate with the construction contractor and Live Elect. had to come out several times at different points during the job. Anthony and his team were extremely accommodating and worked very well with the bath contractor to plan and complete the work within the project timelines. Before and during the project, Anthony took the time to help design the lighting plan which ended up being more complex than I thought it would. He even came by with a portable power station to power up the light fixtures I had bought to help me understand/visualize the amount of light we needed in the finished bathroom. He saved us a lot of money and trouble! For example, I thought we needed and quot;layers of lightand quot;/recessed lighting in addition to vanity lights -- he advised that the recessed lights were not necessary and might even cause and quot;shadowsand quot; (and he was right!). The original fixtures I bought ended up not being enough light over the vanity and I would have been very disappointed in the end, but because he took the time to walk through the lighting with me, we switched the fixtures around and adjusted their placement and now they are perfect and we are very pleased with the overall lighting in the bath.
Live electric took the time to cover their path with drop cloths (stairs, hallways, entry to attic, etc.) and so didn't leave a spec of dirt behind. They took all the trash away. Also, they didn't leave any damage to the new drywall (which is unusual) and so all the lighting and fans look great, placement is perfect and very professional. The lighting provided the finishing touch on our beautiful bathroom and I have Live Electric to thank for it.
