"I contacted Bryan's Handyman Service to get a quote to replace several basement windows and some other minor repairs. Bryan quickly responded and stopped by to provide a reasonable quote for the work. On the day of the project, the contractors arrived on time, were friendly, completed the work efficiently and left everything in good order. Overall communication was prompt, and the work was done well. I would highly recommend Bryan's Handyman Services to others and call them in the future!"

"We hired Robert to remove an old bathroom vanity and its porcelain top with integral double sinks and to install the replacement cabinet. It was a challenge to remove the old unit without breaking any floor or wall tiles. Robert and his crew performed this task successfully and did a great job of installing the new cabinetry. In the process, we had a major plumbing leak in the basement (no fault of Robert's--some old valves did not work properly), but he immediately got us the service of a plumber with whom he often works. This subcontractor charged us a very reasonable price for what turned out to be a time-consuming repair, and Robert stayed around the whole time to make sure everything turned out fine. This took place three months ago, and we are very pleased with the outcome."

"Exactly as expected. Gregory repaired both siding and gutter. After a heavy rain, the gutter repair has solved the problem. The trim repair matches well (white). This was a small job and I was pleased to have Gregory work it into his schedule. Both repairs required a 40' ladder as they were about 2 1/2 to 3 stories up. Given the work required and the height, I thought it was a fair price."

"Overall experience and results were excellent. One garage window had rot on the upper sash which was unrepairable, so I had a new sash installed by Anderson Windows, which the contractor then painted. The crew was a pleasure to have work on our home. Our 27 year old home looks new again."

"Part of my front bedroom ceiling came down and I needed some work done on my back bedroom ceiling. They replace the whole front bedroom ceiling and painted. They repaired the back bedroom ceiling and painted that. Clean up was also included. I took a chance with Hunt General and I'm glad I did. I would definitely consult with them on any future repairs I made need in my home.

"Called JA Drywall after a vanity removal/demolition for a bathroom remodel caused more damage to existing drywall than anticipated.  Told him I needed fairly quick service if possible because I didn't want to disrupt the schedule I already had setup with another contractor for the remodel work.  Juan was very helpful and acommodating.  Since I had him coming out anyway, I also had him look at two ceiling repairs from some old leak damage that I hadnt gotten around to yet.  From original visit for estimate to actual install, spackling and sanding, Juan was able to get the work done in just a few days.  That was a huge help considering my other contractor schedule.  Juan's team was very friendly and helpful, and did a great job with the repairs.

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Ewing-township, NJ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
