"Rick Denny and his crew are too notch professionals!"

"Pros: quickly completed the job, did come back and use a marker to fill in areas where stain was missed. (but missed many spots the first time around) Cons: did not show up for the consult on time, pushed our job back to a different day and notified us Friday prior to the Monday they were supposed to start. They did not lock out front door upon leaving, leaving us vulnerable to theft. Certain aspects asked for like filling in the gaps between board were NOT done, with no solution provided. When I didn?t respond to a text quickly enough they just stopped over to ?repair? the floor with a marker without scheduling a time, changing our entire plan for the day. Less than impressed."

They were on-time, respectful, very responsive, and did beautiful work!"

"This was a very straightforward transaction with excellent workmanship from Footy Prints. 2 floors consisting of a mix of bedrooms and a basement were completed within 2 days. This included navigating heavy furniture, taking out existing carpet and installing new vinyl flooring. Carson and team were accommodating, professional, solicited preferences with suggestions to help proper decisioning at every point. The work was completed quickly and accurately per specifications. Strangely, all the rooms look bigger :) I’ll definitely reach out again for future projects. Thanks guys."

"Ross is very professional. He kept me up to date with the floor project at all times. He answered emails/ texts promptly. If I had problems, he fixed them. Any trouble spots, he kept me informed with cost and time. The gist was very reasonable. I would have him do any home improvement jobs!!"

"My experience with Handyman Connection was terrible. I will never utilize them again and caution others that are considering them. I had a exterior painting project that was quoted in May 2024 and the project was not completed until late September due to the poor work and damages that were caused to my gutter system that I found after they were “finished”. No workers came and informed me of the damages. So when the worker’s came to me to come and take a look at their work I found half my house was painted in a different color than the other half! Eight sections of my gutter system were damaged and needed to be replaced and my brown garage door was now a shade of purple! To top things 25% of the surfaces that were to be painted and included in the original quote was never painted! I was also not informed of this by the workers and found this out when I questioned them. I spoke to Management about my concerns and there was no rush to remedy the situation and no consideration to reducing the quoted price at all. They also left paint on a number of my windows and door frames and when you have bronze frames and beige paint splattered on them it is very obvious to the eye but no effort to remove those spill/drips. I could go on with the issues that I had but I will end by using a very popular saying “Caveat Emptor” or Let the Buyer Beware! They have some good reviews but I certainly do not have anything good to say about the service and the outcome I had with them. I will say the workers themselves were very nice but that’s as much as I can say nice about my experience."

"Rodak Construction did an amazing job on steps that I needed fixed. The crew was very professional and got everything done in a timely manner. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing any type of concrete work done. Overall they did an amazing job and I’m very happy with the work they did."

If you're looking for a professional floor installer that: finishes on time, on budget, responsive to follow up afterward, and superb quality work, Perry's is the company to hire. It was refreshing to have a contractor start and finish on the timeline provided, completely responsive throughout the work, and end up with gorgeously hardwood floors. If you are looking to install new floors, this is the company you want to hire. Their pricing was competitive, but in the future, I'd pay more to use them again, as I know it would be a hassle free process. They also added a beautiful finish to the floor in front of our gas fireplace, which added that special extra touch to how it all looked in the end."
