I contacted the company on 04/24/14 and I re-contacted the owner Mike. He was extremely polite and attentive. He scheduled me immediately for re-treatment of my home. "We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"It ws fine. They sprayed inside and out for bugs and gave me a free termite inspection. Not sue if we will sign up for their termite plan because it's $279.00 a month for a long as you are in your house. If you never have termites, that's a lot of money you are out. I think we will maybe look else where for someone to do termite inspections."

"Chris was very helpful and explained the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and had good answers to all of my questions. He was also very flexible with our schedules. It's hard to say this early if the termites are gone. But I feel like BV Pest did a good job and I'm not too worried that the problem has been solved."
