We finally called KC Sewer Repair, and after doing a very thorough video diagnostic, the owner decided the issue could be solved another way. He installed an "air assisted" toilet. Now we can take care of business with one flush! They literally saved us thousands of dollars by being smart, honest, and caring, treating us with respect. "I am on their service plan which is $25 a month. I had them come out to replace a kitchen faucet with an identical one. It was very simple and took about 40 minutes. They charged me $570! For the time involved and simplicity of the project, I?m shocked! I called to complain and all they would say is they have overhead they have to put on top of their fees due to advertising and management. I am done with Hamilton Plumbing! I would rather hire someone who charges based on difficulty and hours involved, NOT based on the number of commercials or top heavy management fees! "

"They were prompt to respond to the quote request and showed up the next day. Which was good because my kitchen faucet was leaking as was the cold water shutoff valve. That promptness was the main reason I went with them. The guy that showed up, Will, seemed knowledgeable and was polite. My issue is that he showed up as a professional with basic tools to change the faucet in a kitchen sink. I have better tools than I saw him using. One example is that he was tightening the nut on the bottom of the new faucet that secured it to the sink with channel locks instead of a dedicated faucet installation/removal tool. The other issue I had was the lack of parts in the rather nice new panel van he showed up in. Maybe that's a new thing in the industry but I would have expected a few basic parts to be stocked on the truck. To be clear I didn't have a bad experience, it just wasn't a very good one. They did the job but if I had to do it over again I would have gone with someone else."

I was impressed with the fast, free, custom tailored, detailed estimate, the ability to have the new system installed within just a couple of days, and the speed and quality of the installation team. The estimator (Tom) arrived just two hours after I called, was very personable, very knowledgeable, and helped me select the right components at the right price (with guidance about unit costs, efficiencies, energy savings, rebates and tax credits) to match my criteria. I liked that he had many years of experience, and he went above and beyond to make sure my new system (which replaced a broken system) was installed before an upcoming cold blast. I received two other estimates, and they did not go near as well, with a generic good, better, and best high priced estimate (without input from me) from one company, and another company selling only units from lower quality manufacturers. The installation team started at 8:30 am, and went right to work. They also had many years of experience, and were ready for my walk-thru at 3:00 pm. They did a great job in a short time. Nice! Overall, I can highly recommend Midwest for home HVAC system installations."

"Very responsive and very professional. Contacted Lisa at the office, Kolten and Steven pumped the next morning. Actually changed their schedule slightly to accomodate my service. Went over and above to fix a problem with my system caused by a previous septic company. Stayed till the problem was fixed and I've scheduled them for a follow-up visit to re-check the system. Will only use Honey Wagon in the future and will specifically request Kolten and Steven be the crew that responds."
