"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"

"We had issues with water leaking into the basement after heavy rainfall and called SunDry to give us a quote for water proofing. The job was completed and two days later it rained and our basement flooded... the sales rep, Mario, came back out and said they didnt make the flange tall enough in one corner, so the contractors came back and fixed it and it was covered under the warranty. Why they didnt do it right the first time I am not sure. Everyone considering using this company must be careful of Mario. He is a classic salesman ready to tell you exactly what you need to hear to make a sale, so be VERY careful trusting everything he is telling you. He walked around our house and pointed at random cracks and splits and said we needed foundation piers or our house is going to sink. He quoted us $5600 for the job and said it would save us money if we did it during waterproofing. We called a foundation engineer for a second opinion and were told our house was perfectly fine and in no need for foundation piers. Also be wary of the cost for put back of the dry wall/studs/finishings after the waterproofing. Sundry does not do this part of the job and will tell you it will only cost a few hundred bucks...it is not. We got a quote for $1100 from the guy that Mario referred and the price didnt even include putting the laminate flooring back. Mario was calling us every week when we first got the quote to schedule the job, but as soon as we needed something from him (to connect us with the guy for put back), he was very unresponsive and didnt stick to his estimated time frames. Marios contractors also left a mess of our basement with cement and dirt stains on our intact flooring. Other than that, the contractors did a great and speedy job and were very kind and professional. All in all, I would recommend them for their pricing is the cheapest of all other vendors we spoke to and they were very quick. I can only hope that they stay around long enough and that our warranty will always cover future leaks/issues."

"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. We also feel good about the transferable warranty—should we ever sell our home, a prospective home owner will have a good indicator that we invested in keeping this home safe and stable. "These workers are no strangers  to hard work. They performed this job under freezing temperatures and in a confined and dark area of my basement. They went to extra extremes and additional work to keep from tearing up my yard. The clean-up was outstanding. If you have a serious water problem in your basement, this is the company you want. Very thorough and detailed with expert knowledge. Simply explain your problem to them and sit back and relax knowing you can expect the best.

"Greg came out personally to do the estimate. He was extremely professional and informed us that the quote that he gave us was the firm price to do the entire job and there would be no hidden costs nor would the price go up. Upon receiving our quote, we booked the job about a couple weeks out. Greg came out with his crew on day one of the job and after a quick walk around, they got to work. Greg did not stay as he had other projects to attend to but his crew word quickly and efficiently. Greg stopped by throughout the job to see that everything was going okay. His crew was very professional and kept the work area clean and tidied up at the end of the day. The entire project took 5 1/2 days to complete and what a difference it has made to our house. They enclosed the crawl space with cement board that extended about 1 ft in the ground. When that was finished, they lined the crawl space with 20 mil plastic sheeting and used spray foam to seal the spots between the columns and the cement board. They built and installed 2 access doors so we could easily get into the crawl space if we needed to store anything or make repairs. They also had an electrician come out and install an outlet so they could install a dehumidifier to keep the crawl space nice and dry. Our A/C ducts run under our house and after the job was complete, I have noticed a big difference in the time that my A/C unit runs during the day. I am certain that my electric bill will be significantly lower now that the job is done. I enthusiastically highly recommend Greg and his crew to come out and do any crawl space work that you may need. I know they will beat almost every competitor's price and exceed your expectations as they did mine. A++"

"Booby came out and gave an estimate. We worked out to put plywood instead of plastic over the insulation under the sunroom because it is an area exposed more to the weather. We negotiated a good price.  A few days later, as scheduled, the crew arrived and got to work removing all the old plastic and insulation. They wiped down all the wood in the crawlspace with mold remover chemicals then fumigated the area. Next day they began putting in the new insulation and plastic. Before they could do this though they pumped out water that was puddled up. They found a dripping leak and tightened up that to stop the leak from a icemaker water line. This crew did an excellent job. The crawlspace lived up to its name- there is only about two feet between the bottom of the house and the dirt. The plastic they put in goes up the side of the walls and pilings. The most important thing is that we called twice after noticing 1) some mildew that was not wiped off in one small area and 2) some plywood that was sagging as though the nails had not quite caught the first time. Both times we called there were workers out within a day or two as scheduled, as promised. We are very pleased with the job:)"
