"My front loader washing machine stopped draining, and I managed to troubleshoot the problem mostly by myself, but was worried I didn't fix it completely and/or would not put it back together right. I immediately headed to Angie's list and called some of the highest-rated and-reviewed repairman only to discover that a few of them won't deal with front loaders.  ACE called back soon after I left my message, and Joe assured me that they work on front loaders.  He was able to fit me in the same day, was on time, friendly, quick/efficient.  He also then headed to a rental property to check on a washing machine issue there, and called to let me know that the washing machine was so old and the repairs that would be needed so expensive that he recommended just buying another washer.  Honest, very reasonable rates--I highly recommend Joe/ACE and will absolutely use them again in the future!

"Overall was excellent. The owner, Doug was very informative and very cooperative. There was a mix-up on the date for the estimate but he was very apologetic. They did not arrive quite at the time that was scheduled but it was within an hour and was not a problem. The plumber, Mark who replaced the toilets and vanity was very efficient, hard-working, friendly and very polite. I was impressed with his professionalism.  Doug and another plumber (I did not get his name) removed the old water heater and installed the new one. They were also efficient, professional and friendly. They discarded all items that they replaced and cleaned up thoroughly. As I said to Mark, it looked as though no one had been working in both bathrooms because they were immaculate. I found them on Angie's list and used them because of their rating. I will used them again and found them to be exceptional.
