"Two professional installers. Done in one day.  If only one person had been there for the install it would have been a 2.5 day job. With two people the job was completed in one day. I bought their recommended Amana furnace/AC. They were personable and interacted well when I had questions. If one person had been there it would have been a 2.5 day job. The unit worked the first time they turned it on and is a significant improvement. At the end of the job they thoroughly cleaned the area. And no up front money which indicated a well run business.
I had been told about other people who installed furnaces but I am confident that they were horror stories waiting to happen. This job required experienced workers. I may have paid more, but I may have ended up with a low quality (cheaper) unit as well as delays while the installer dealt with personal issues or disappeared.
This is the third time I have used Giant and each instance was totally satisfactory.

Galen and his crew arrived on time.  One worked on replacing dry wall and plastered the wall while the others cut out the tree branches and patched the roof.  They also replaced a cracked drain pipe and repaired the back porch roof.  They were all very courteous and professional. "When I bought the house, the bathroom had hideous pink/peach tiles. When I called about getting it refinished it a simple white, she told me if I didn't have the tub done too, I'd regret it because they would be two different colors. So I took her advice and had both done white. The man who came out to perform the service was punctual, professional, friendly - couldn't have gone better.
Fast forward a few months, the bathtub is peeling. It took me 2 weeks to get ahold of someone to send the repairman out. But the service man came out, again, no problems at all, quick to the point, fixed it and left.
Now, another few months later and the same thing... the tub is peeling again. I, again, am trying to get ahold of them to come out and repair. They have an automated answering service but no one returns my calls. I am on day 4 of trying to get ahold of someone to come out and fix the tub again. The job was done April of 2014, it is Feb 2015 and this is my 2nd repair job needed. I live alone so the tub is not getting alot of overusage, no kids doing anything crazy... so I'm not sure I would do it again. It's becoming a pain to deal with and to be honest, I'm not 100% sure I would use this company again. The service men doing the work are great, but to get in contact with anyone is not an easy feat.

"When I found out Waters Electric would upgrade my electrical service for $700 I was skeptical. I spoke with the owner, Ray, and he explained everything he does with the replacement. He came on time and was very professional. Not only did he upgrade the service for $700, but he did things most electricians don't include with their service such as instlling plastic conduit over the wire going up the side of the house. I was very happy with the entire experience. Ray is now the first person I am going to call for work on my investment properties.
