"I inquired about help needed on a malfunctioning, under the counter ice maker. Lenny responded that very evening, set up an appointment for the next morning (a Saturday), diagnosed the problem and ordered parts needed for repair. Lenny showed me everything, explained what was happening and gave me several options if I wanted to proceed. While parts were in transit, Lenny communicated often, and when they arrived, we set up a follow up to finish the repair. Lenny was personable, very informative, professional, clean and took great care of my appliance and my home.
