"Ben was professional, punctual, knowledgeable and gave us the best scenario to have township respond to sewer issue on a Sunday (call 9-1-1 to dispatch Public Works.) The relief when we followed his instructions saved our house. That and owning a pool pump, which we used in the utility tub, to suck the water outside. Otherwise we'd be a foot deep in sewage. He also replaced a malfunctioning sump pump with a new one with new piping. After the work was done, he explained what he did and showed us how to monitor the sump pump. He also clearly advised us about another potential problem that concerns us - a main/meter shut off valve. There was no high sales pressure.
