"My AC system stopped working in the middle of the heat. I called Matson Mechanical and they came out and checked the system and had diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. They left and about an hour later they had returned and repaired the system. They came out early the next day after I had called them. Repair cost was amazing and they didn?t try to sell me in anything I didn?t need. Considering it was an emergency, the pricing was affordable. Customer service was good. The tech got straight to work and had already check out the unit and diagnosed it fairly quickly. "

Outdated Controller with Irreparable Software: To add insult to injury, we were handed an outdated controller with software so archaic it couldn't even be updated. This left our system struggling from day one, unable to perform at its full potential. 3. Leak-Induced Gutter Disaster: After just a little over a year, we're now dealing with water leaks that have wreaked havoc on our high-end leaf guard gutters. Radio Silence from Management: In the face of these mounting issues, I made numerous attempts to reach out to a manager, but not a single call was returned. It's disheartening to see such a lack of accountability and customer care. It's imperative to share this experience so others can avoid the headache and financial burden that comes with choosing Sierra Pacific. "The technician disassembled my Honeywell air purifier system and left the door off and filters out in the attic without telling me. The technician stated there were no issues with the attic ducting, and even wrote on the work order "Duct work in good shape". I found 7 breaches in the duct system and repaired them when I checked for myself. The technician charged to change out the system filter, which I had purchased independently. The technician took it upon himself to wash and service the outside condenser, when his work order clearly says "Duct Bid". The technician was cursing under his breath in front of my girlfriend and her son after I told him over the phone he needed to return and recheck the attic duct system. He said he didnt know what he was supposed to be checking in the first place."

"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch.
