"The estimate was exactly what I paid, there were no surprises, in fact they did way more work than other companies were going to provide at the same (or higher) cost. They explained what they were going to do in understandable terms and answered all of my many questions in a confident tone. The one thing I really appreciated was that from the onset there were no high-pressure sell tactics used like I had experienced with some of the bigger companies that I  also got estimates from  (the big companies you hear ads for on the radio ). I never felt pressuered or like someone was trying to sell me something I didn't.

Note: If you are going to have work like this done be ready for some dust. They cleaned up well after themselves and even used a jackhammer with a shop vac attached on the floor but there was still dust on everything,

"The service was good. I paid an extra hundred dollars on top of the Big Deal. It is a pretty big deck so it took the guy longer than four hours to do it. The way they installed it worked; it was fine. It was not 100% exactly what we want. That was the only thing, but it was kind of important because we were trying to keep out groundhogs from getting underneath our deck. We kind of wanted it installed in an L-shape than just going straight down. The installed it straight down in a wonderful area. I am not sure if the guy would have been able to make the L-shape where it was installed. The guy might not have been able to install that part in an L and he was able to install it that way for the rest of the lattice."
