"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. While this type of work isn't as "fun" as other renovations, the cost of this repair is worth the peace of mind. Every time we walk across our floors, we are reminded of our investment. He was very informative concerning my change over from a shingles roof to a metal roof. Greg explained the step by step installation process and the warranty that was included. After an agreement was confirmed, I was always notified with everything from the material drop off date and time to the actual installation date and any delays.. "We had experienced a water leakage into our carpet on the first floor, so I contacted experts of Hometown Restoration and spoke with the owner, who was helpful and answered all of my questions. They made a schedule and arrived at our house on that day. First, they inspected the place nicely and then explained to us the whole process of what they would be going to do. It was excellent advice, so I hired them to fix our floors. They could altogether remove all of the water and dry things out, and we are delighted with the work they did.
