"We had Power Home Remodeling replace our roof in 2014, which had extensive mold damage. Salesmen were courteous and not pushy, and the installation went smooth as expected. With the covers we havent had to clean the gutters either. A 5 year inspection shows no water damage on the inside. Plus the house stands out on the street compared to other grey shingled roofs. This year we had windows replace in half of our home and they look pretty great. "Great experience with RIBA from start to finish. After looking as several choices I worked with Rich determining the type of windows that i needed which would work best within my budget. I had several choices of trim and Rich helped me decide the best color that would accent my brick home. I was given a date to expect delivery and installation. Because rain was foretasted and potentially would push the installation, RIBA worked with me to store the windows in a more convenient location in my back yard where they would be out of my way. Rich assured me that his crews are very trustworthy; since I couldn't be home on the day of installation, I really had no choice. RIBA is bonded & insured. When I returned home all of the windows were in place. I noticed shoes by the door; they took them off as not to mar or soil my hardwood floors & carpet. I didn't ask. When finished they cleaned up...everything. The window quality was exactly what I ordered; the trim work was over & above what I expected; excellent work. I would (and have) highly recommend RIBA for home improvement work. Looking forward to my new RIBA roof next month."

They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! The guttering and fascia repair will be done soon. Emily Rinaldo, the HCR marketing rep., gave a thorough and lengthy (3 hours) presentation on every aspect of the roof. She is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. The well-manned roofing team arrived on the day stated and completed most of the roofing in one day. The roofers had been trained by HCR and were not day-laborers or sub-contractors. They returned early the next morning and completed their work in a couple hours. No unpleasant surprises here!
