"After purchasing an Angie's List Deal, I received the measuring kit in the mail promptly. The template and instructions provided to draw my split table top and each of the leaves were easy to use and understand. I mailed the completed materials and received the table pads very quickly. The table splits in the middle to allow insertion of up to 3 additional leaves. The table also has 2 drop leaves. That's 7 pads. All fit perfectly. I have used them on the table for family parties (not every day) and they're durable and built to last. I keep them in the box they arrived in to protect them when not in use. These are a worthwhile investment."

"I have 6 old chairs that I love because they swivel and rock. We have them in the breakfast room. Over time the mechanisms stopped working (these are perhaps close to 20 years old). All new chairs seem to be straight legged. I could have ordered new chairs from this store (they do custom new work, too) but my bucket seats were fine. It took about 2 and a half months for the new bases to come in, but they have custom made wooden legs. 
A few months later I noticed that three of the castors were broken and one was the wrong size. I only use 4 of the chairs on a regular basis, and three of the damaged ones just happened to be on the chairs I stored. I called the store and emailed photos of the castors. With no questions asked, they ordered the new castors AND came to my home to replace them. This is just excellent customer service, especially as I had had the chairs back for months. Nice.

The quality of workmanship is outstanding; as were the installation services -- which required on-site modifications to accommodate some quirks in the home's construction. As someone who?s been in the Facility Management career field for more than 30 years, I am extremely picky when it comes to quality of construction; I expect the best and will not accept any less.  When it comes to my expectations at home; I am equally demanding and expect the best quality for a reasonable price!

The process started with meeting and working with Antonia in the showroom.  This young woman was very knowledgeable and instrumental in helping my wife and I select the tile and design we wanted.  After a few questions, she clearly understood what we were looking for and made the process much easier.  The last thing she did was make arrangements to have Todd come to our home so that he could measure the project area and generate a cost estimate.  I?ve dealt with many contractors in my professional and personal lives, but very few at the caliber of this gentleman.  He arrived promptly and within a reasonable amount of time, he generated an accurate cost estimate which included an estimated start date and duration.

The TLG construction crews were outstanding!  They arrived promptly, were extremely professional and showed a high concern for cleanliness and care for my home.  The discipline specific crews worked together like a fine oiled machine.  Once each crew with their work, the next was ready to jump in and continue the work.  The schedule Todd provided at the very beginning was followed precisely.

This almost never happens; but the quality of the construction exceeded my expectations.  I inspected this project as I do at work, and the quality of construction was outstanding.  I?m a stickler when it comes to ?fine points? and TLG surpassed my expectations.

I am so pleased with the service and quality of construction received from TLG that I?ve decided to replace the tile the other 3 bathrooms in my home.  This is a quality company from the top down.  If you?re looking for high quality construction at a reasonable price; TLG is the company to go with.

"His ideas were great, but all I could afford was framing & duct work. To be nice, I let him come a day early, even though I wasn't going to be home. I laid out EXACTLY where I wanted the frame for the room to be, but when I came home he had moved the wall in 6" (I blame him and my husband) and neglected to install the closet frame inside the room. Additionally, he marked my carpet with black marker where I wanted the framing to be, but when he moved it in he left black marks all over my carpet, which now will not come up. I was excited about working with AW in the future, but that faded when I didn't get what I wanted or what I paid for."

"It was very worthwhile to use this service because the decorator answered some critical questions and kept me from making costly mistakes.  It is a good place to start and the price was right for what she did.  She spent 30 minutes on the phone talking to me but before that she spent a significant amount of time looking over photos and measurements that I submitted to her by email. She put a lot of time into the consult.  This service would be great for choosing wall colors, flooring, and fabric for furniture.  I will definitely keep her contact information for future projects.
