"Project: replace part of the facia board on roof peak, replace the starter course strip of siding on rear elevation, reinstall siding boards anchoring them down properly and finally tightening up and anchoring several loose boards on the rear elevation. When Mr. Jun came to give me a quote he walked around the house with me explaining the best course of action to accomplish the repair work needed. He scheduled the repair promptly once I decided to proceed, showed up on time and completed the work in the time frame given. He did an excellent job and was very reasonably priced for the work he did. I would definitely use him again should the need arise."

"Repaired some loose siding without having to replace any materials so saved a bunch from other quotes. Also went beyond and plugged up some holes in another location without it being part of contract. Would definitely use again."

"Davis contracting did a remarkable job repairing rotted exterior wood, painting all trim, replacing an old set of wooden steps to my back door and power washing and sealing my aging fence. Everything looks great. The construction team was skilled and diligent in their work and left the grounds completely cleaned up after each work day. I highly recommend Davis Contracting."

"I had a small roofing trim repair/replacement needed after one of the recent storms. Jonathan from Storm Troopers, a small company, was the first to respond. After setting up a few estimates, I felt very comfortable with Jonathan's expertise and plan for the work. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend Storm Troopers for any roofing or siding work. His price was reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with."

"The SK Capital Services contractor was on time, he was careful, took photos of any other roofing problems, replaced and repainted the right rear rake board. There were several loose and missing shingles, which I had him replace and nail down any problem areas. I was very pleased with his work and would recommend him to my neighbors and friends."

"Our project manager, Manny, and crew supervisor, Jorge, did a great job with our roof replacement today! Manny was very communicative and helpful throughout the repair. Jorge and the crew were efficient and did a very thorough clean up when finished. Our only concerns revolve around the initial reason we scheduled a repair, which was due to a ceiling leak after a rain storm. The sales person that came out was very nice and informative. He told us that while he could not determine the source of our leak, we needed a new roof. However, in our naivete, we forgot to wait on our insurance assessor before making any decisions. Post insurance assessment, we had a hard time getting answers from either the project manager or sales manager, and just moved forward with the replacement hoping it fixed our issue. Long story short, while the level of service and overall customer service were great, we had a major repair done that may not even be related to our issue. Our roof likely could have waited for a repair. Service=excellent! I would 100% recommend, just make sure you actually need a new roof."

"First person came by door-to-door to see if we wanted an estimate. Our house is 2000 sq feet (3/4 siding, 1/4 brick). Second person came to give us the estimate. It took at least three hours. The first estimate was more than $19K, but if we bought it right then, it would be $12K. We finally settled on $13.5K: $12K for siding and $1.5K for window and door caps. We were told that even though our window capping looked good, it would probably tear when they took off the old siding. We were told over and over what a great company it was. We were told everything that had aluminum would be replaced with vinyl, the new siding would be "practically seamless," and we were getting a great deal. A few days later someone visited us again. We went over the project and picked out the color. On the day of the installation, the crew started removing the old siding. Another "quality assurance" person showed up at noon to go over any questions. He again told us what a great deal we got. He looked around and went up on the roof. He also noticed that there was aluminum covering on front half of the rake on north side of the house but not the back half. He said there was an issue behind the gutters at the top of the house, that moisture could get between the gutters and the house, and that the job was really going to look incomplete without new coverings for all the rake. He gave us an estimate: normally it would be $3500, but if we bought it right then, it would be $2000. We agreed to pay for covering the rake. The window wrap did not rip when the aluminum was removed. The new window wrap looks exactly like what was already on the house. There are a lot of seams; even the smallest lengths have seams. Once the job was wrapping up, the last person showed up. We told him there were a lot of seams. He said they wouldn't be noticable further away from the house. There are a couple of places where the pieces behind the gutter were not cut correctly. I expect they will be able to fix this. Bottom line? We're glad we got new siding, but with all the high-pressure sales tactics and inconsistencies in presentation, we still feel like we got ripped off."

"After having a little problem with the contract, Heather managed to get the problems straightened out. Correct dates and materials were corrected. The crew showed up on time but then had to go get additional materials to start the job.. No project manager was on sight until latter in the afternoon..The five crew members started the job . I made a few suggestions on how I wanted the job to be done and they were very agreeable..The crew was very precise in their work..The job was to put vinyl siding on chimney to match existing siding on the house…This group of five workers did a WONDERFUL JOB…I couldn’t be happier with the work that they provided…The cleanup afterwards was like they were never there…PERFECT ….Andy the project manager did show up and was helpful,,but really didn’t stay very long…Thank you …to Heather for all she did to make this jod less stressful..Very,,Very… Pleased with the outcome of this job….And yes….i would recommend this company and this CREW for any siding job."

"Henry Forest did an incredible job with my block replacement as well as the point and tuck required with some of my brick. They know how to match the mortar so it appears there was never a repair. These are contractors who know masonry and construction as well as take pride in their work. “Old World Craftsman”. They stick to their quoted price and deliver what the said they would."
