"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. This could cause major problems with too high water pressure down the road with burst or leaking pipes. Look no further than Superior Plumbing for your plumbing needs!"

"This was again a deal on Angie's List. This deal was for the replace of outdoor faucet, water heater flush and leakage detection. 
I was confused with the deal and thought its for any faucet. The engineer clearly explained me the issue and provided me work estimate to replace the faucet for the Pool. 
The engineer performed the work. It took him some more time than anticipated. 
I had given a rating of B only because the other two services which I had purchased were not performed to my satisfaction. The technician performed the Water Heater flush but he did not perform any leakage detection for the plumbing.
The cost of the job was just right. 
The  provider is very good to work with. I feel that there is some tendency to reschedule the job when a deal is purchased through Angie's List. This is the second provider who rescheduled twice.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. "This Big Deal for 2 hours of plumbing work was an unfortunate purchase.  Over the phone, I had requested that the gentleman replace a toilet & investigate 2 leaking sinks.  I was out of town at the time & came home to find our nice new toilet happily in place but also leaking significantly, with a very large pool of water on the floor.  My husband told me that as soon as the toilet was installed, the plumber had packed up his tools & walked out without letting my husband know that he was leaving.  As we still had lots of time left on our 2-hour purchase, my husband had thought the plumber would be coming back inside to discuss the sinks but the gentleman never came back.  I called Duncan Plumbing upon my return home the next day - the plumber was willing to come back to fix the leaking toilet fitting but told me that he did not recall our discussion about the sinks, saying "I can't remember everything".  To his credit, when the plumber did return the next day to repair the fitting, he did ask my husband if there were other tasks, but by that point my husband & I had already decided that we did not want this particular plumber doing any further work in our house.  Based on this experience, we do not recommend Duncan Plumbing.
