Of those I contacted, Annie was the only one who would go with me to each supplier to be sure my selections worked together. She worked with me & understood the changes I wanted, large pantry & more counter space. She made suggestions to make my kitchen more efficient, i.e. mixer shelf that was hidden in a cabinet, spice drawer & utensil drawers. Her input was invaluable & everything came together nicely. The result is a beautiful kitchen & I'm extremely happy with the selections. The new shower makes the bath appear larger. Annie took the time to find a tile that would go with the existing ceramic flooring & also selecting new bath accessories. The end result is a beautiful new bath. "I am disappointed with my finished product. Unfortunately, the designer that I initially worked with is no longer with the company. I begin trying to get a resolution in October 2024 and I finally received an e-mail in May 2025 regarding my design. I do not understand why it took so long for a reply but I guess better late than never. Bottom line, I am not happy with the finished product and I am even more unhappy with the customer service I received from this business."

"We replaced the antiquated beveled glass front door with one of mahogany. The door and installation were expensive and we had to find a reputable woodworking professional to finish the project. A neighbor who had used Thomas suggested we get in contact with him. Thomas was very professional from the start. He reviewed what needed to get done and the process by which he'd complete it. Since we had never retained a skilled woodworker, we decided to get other quotes. Thomas was the highest of the three, but our level of confidence that he would treat our investment with care and the result we anticipated would be achieved. The doors and drawers have dampeners as well as dovetails on both the front and rear of the drawers which is unheard of in this price range.
