".Excellent!  They were able to bring in the right people (involved S&R Mechanical) to find and fix a plumbing issue that had plagued me for the last 2-3 years -- occasional water backup that flooding in 3 rooms ruining flooring.  It would only happen @ appr 2-3 am and was sporadic.  Seened to occur during "water softener re-generation+" & felt was related somehow.  It was, but other issues were occurring as well.  The  piping underneath home (on slab) was main issue.  This was serious!  It could have meant raising the slab foundation of home!  But went other routes that have worked.  They also showed me what was going on so could see for myself (camera through piping showed everything).  This company is reliable, efficient, knowledgeable, honest and trust them.  So often it is difficult to find the right  people for plumbing issues, but I highly recomment this company.

"The job went very well. All of the employees were pleasant and helpful and took the time to explain what was happening and what my options were. They initially came to unclog a blockage ($99 charge) and attempted to unclog it for 2+ hours before they realized it might be a bigger issue. Because they did not solve the issue they did not charge me for that initial visit and came back with a camera to diagnose the issue, which was a collapsed sewer line.
