"Mike was able to get the upgrade on to my computer and he also was able to determine that the system was grossly inadequate for what I wanted to do. He recommended what I should look for when I purchase a new one and when I do make a purchase I will be calling on him to get my system up to speed. I was most impressed with Mike’s professionalism and knowledge and I would definitely recommend him for any computer issues."

"They communicated with me throughout the process of having to order parts, when the parts came in, when they would be working on the computer, when the computer was tested after the work was completed, and gave me assurance the computer was working perfectly. I could not be any more pleased with their service"

"After a few minutes of diagnostics and evaluating my computer, he told me that my hard drive was going bad and that he couldn't repair it.  After I bought the new computer and it was performing badly, I contacted ATT.   It turned out that my modem was going bad and ATT replaced the modem and the Dell computer is working perfectly.  It was a waste of time and money and now I have two desktop computers <br />"

"I had just purchased a brand new Dell laptop because my existing laptop was fairly old and running very slow.  Once I got the new one up and running I found it was no faster than my old computer.  I began to suspect that when I transferred all my files from my old computer to my new one, I had inadvertently moved over some virus or corrupt files(s) that was causing my problem.  Alexander Technical Resources took control of my computer, remotely, and for about three or four hours ran a bazillion diagnostic programs searching for problems.  In the end he didn't really find anything of significance.  A few unnecessary files which he deleted but no viruses or other issues that would cause my computer to be slow.  The technician did say, however, he noticed I was running McAfee anti virus software.  It came already installed on my computer so I just kept it.  He further stated McAfee has a lot of stuff constantly running in the background on your computer as part of their security apparatus.  A number of people had reported they found this caused their computers to run slower and suggested I might try removing McAfee and installing another anti virus program and see if that helps.  I Googled McAfee removal tool, ran the program to remove McAfee and installed another anti virus program.  The result:  my computer seems to run a little faster without McAfee than it did with it.  Just as an aside, I also started using Mozilla as my internet browser instead of internet explorer 11 and that greatly increased my internet browsing speeds.  FYI. <br />"

"I've been a Computer Works subscriber for 3+ years. As a small business owner I cannot afford lengthy computer downtime. I am glad to have access to computer repair (a phone call away) on my schedule and the confidence that my problem will be resolved in a short time! My peace of mind is worth the price!"

"Fine; they cleaned up my computer remotely. I ended up having to reset the computer but I don't think that was their fault, I think the software they used couldn't identify the problem."

"Great service. Dave's Computers was able to tune up my older computer to make it run better than my new computer. I was almost ready to discard the older computer because it was so slow but now that it has been tuned up by Dave's Computers, it has a lot of life left."
