"Jeff told me the foundation settling was very minor for a house built in the 1970's.  No water problems in basement.  He did recommend I have the gutters replaced, with 6" gutters, and to make sure water is draining away from house.  Also, he asked me to contact him if the foundation settled more in the future.  He did not do any work other than give me a free evaluation.  Jeff was very professional and honest. the system. He came out on time and started working right away. Removed
all vents and clean and santized the covers. Brushed each one out and
vacuumed each vent. Sprayed cleaning solution in the system and the
smell is very nice. He also changed my filter for me. He asked if I wanted my dryer vent cleaned and he
offered me a deal to have that cleaned as well.  Victor was very

New floor joist, subfloor and jacked the old floor back up to level with the new floor they installed. They installed new lanoleum flooring and a badly needed ceiling fan with lights. They did a great job connecting the old kitchen to the new."
