"Oscar and his crew arrived on site and worked like a house afire on Monday, getting the surface flat and receptive for sod. That included removing a large mound and leveling the lawn. The enriched soil was then spread. The second day they moved the three sprinkler heads and adjusted them for coverage, created the small retaining wall and installed the sod. They worked all day, both days and gave me the dream lawn I have wanted for three years. Great value; I was so pleased I added additional payment for the work. Couldn't recommend anyone more highly."

"Alex, the owner of Castillo Constructions, is just such a sweet and lovely guy. I was struggling with the fact that the garage doors on my home in Oregon were starting to fall off. The wood had rotted. The rental management company that handles my property came back with an insane quote of almost $9,000 to replace the carriage doors. My "only other option," they told me, was to replace the carriage doors with an electric garage door. But the carriage doors were one of the details that gave such character to my home. I explained this to Alex. At first, his bid was not far from the original one I had received. But when I explained to him that I really couldn't pay that much, he went back to the drawing board. A Better Carpenter came in figured out all the details of matching old trim and making all look like new again. They were also efficient, polite, and fast.
