The D and F plumber indicated that a "band aid patch" (replacing about 5 feet of rusted drain pipe) would probably last us for at least several years, and he could do the work on the spot. By 6 pm that day (Saturday) our plumbing was again fully operational. I must add that D and F is not a budget operation: we paid emergency repair prices. But we avoided the lodging costs and inconvenience of vacating our house for 10 days, which was our priority. In short, D and F met our specific needs promptly. THANK YOU D and F!"
